The design, development, and production of a Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) therapist training video training series to present the PTSD treatment methodology through a series of 3 couples Cognitive-Behavioral Conjoint Therapy PTSD Training videos. This required Instructional Design, Pre-Production Development: Analysis, Design, and development of 40 pages of interactive training scripts. This also included Video Production including Graphics, Artwork, Flash Animation, and Audio & Video production. All Post-Production work was designed to government 508 Compliance standards. (Note: Winner of one (1) International Training Award.)

External Customer Service Management, organizational alignment, team development and change management providing organizational alignment, leadership, mentoring, and communications services for an organization of 1,500 employees. Deliverables included: Customer Performance Coaching & Mentoring, Communications Planning & Delivery, etc.

Program / Project  Management for a $90 Million Information Technology project delivering a complete modernized platform for all enterprise-wide web and mobile development by delivering a B2C corporate presence, a B2B agent intranet site, and a B2E intranet site. Deliverables included: Management of 127 IT & Business resources, Management of 5 major vendors, Business Requirements Definition, Contract Management,  Systems Integration & Testing, Quality Assurance & Risk Management, Communications & Change Management, etc.  

The design, development, and implementation of a customized interactive SDCWA themed, Water Cycle Training Program for a target audience of 3rd and 4th Graders. The project featured a new creative approach, including a look and feel that is reflective of the San Diego area. This project required Instructional Design and included the design and development of a new animated character ‘personality' exclusive to SDCWA. (Note: Winner of one (1) international training award.)

Executive management for the reorganization of a global project management organization which included the , to redefine service implementation processes, to provide team member development, to create strategic communications, and to provide change management & training services to all external clients in the North America, Asia Pacific, & Europe geographies resulting in the mitigation of risks and the reduction of service implementation costs by over 35%.   

 The design, development, and implementation of a 10-module interactive SCORM-conformant and 508-compliant web-mediated self-help courses for Veterans, Service Members and their families. This required Instructional Design, Pre-Production Development: Analysis, Design, and the development of 120 pages of interactive training scripts. This also included Video Production including Graphics, Artwork, Flash Animation, and Audio & Video production.   (Note: Winner of eleven (11) prestigious international Training Awards)

 Information Technology and Business Process Project Management support during the technology outsourcing process (IT vendor selection and contracting activities) to successfully offshore Quality Assurance, Windows 7, and Middleware work activities to reduce a dependency upon contract labor and increase internal cost efficiencies.

This also included Video Production including Graphics, Artwork, Flash Animation, and Audio & Video production. All Post-Production work was designed to government 508 Compliance standards. Project Management services to provide the interface for over 70 concurrent IT programs & projects, including the management of internal projects for a Information Security Group which covers a $600 Million strategic portfolio budget. Responsible for the organization and prioritization for all projects requiring Information Security Management (ISM) support. 

Provide the research, analysis, advice, and guidance in the design and development of various knowledge and skills assessments pertaining to training topics related to various Navy job ratings. This required creation of assessment criteria the analysis of existing training curriculum, the development of assessment items & exercises, the design & development of scoring rubrics, and the design & development of interactive tasks involving simulated Navy systems, materials, and/or equipment.

Information Technology and Business Process Project Management to support the acquisition & complex integration of more than 1,000 clients with over 30,000 employee records consisting of disparate client processes and business rules from multiple locations into the client’s single system of record.

The design, development, and delivery of a hybrid Project Management / Team Building workshop for senior managers and project teams.
