Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ (RBLP™)
RBLP™ certification is for front-line supervisors that meet identified standards of competence for building resilient teams. RBLP™ applicants must meet one of the education and experience requirements below.
Note: Applicable leadership training may be considered as mitigation for up to 20% of the leadership experience requirement.
Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ Coach (RBLP-C) certification is for middle managers. Organizations need middle managers that can coach front-line supervisors to build resilient teams. Organizations also need middle managers to facilitate team learning. Learning is how teams solve problems and overcome adversity in the workplace. RBLP-C certification attests to competency in facilitating team learning, creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose in the workplace.
Certification Requirements:
Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ Coach (RBLP-C™)
RBLP-C™ certification is for middle managers that meet identified standards of competence for building resilient teams and facilitating team learning. RBLP-C™ applicants must meet one of the education and experience requirements below.
Note: Applicable leadership training may be considered as mitigation for up to 20% of the leadership experience requirement.
Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ Trainer (RBLP-T) certification is for senior leaders. Organizations need senior leaders that can train middle managers to facilitate team learning. Organizations also need senior leaders to support organizational learning. Learning is how organization’s change and create competitive advantage. RBLP-T certification attests to competency in supporting organizational learning, facilitating team learning, creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose in the workplace.

Resilience-Building Leadership Professional™ Trainer (RBLP-T™)
RBLP-T™ certification is for senior leaders that meet identified standards of competence for building resilient teams, facilitating team learning, and supporting organizational learning. RBLP-T™ applicants must meet one of the education and experience requirement below.
Note: Applicable leadership training may be considered as mitigation for up to 20% of the leadership experience requirement. .
RBLP™ exam prep training requires nine (9) hours of student preparation and three (3) training sessions of one-hour each. Our certification instructors use experiential learning techniques to guide RBLP™ exam applicants through the Building Resilient Teams™ coursework. Exam prep training ensures that exam applicants are well-prepared for the certification exam.
Note: Certification examinations are conducted as a separate process by the RBLP™ certification organization. .
RBLP-C™ exam prep training requires fifteen (15) hours of student preparation and five (5) training sessions of one-hour each. Our certification instructors use experiential learning techniques to guide RBLP-C™ exam applicants through the Building Resilient Teams™ and Facilitating Team Learning coursework. Exam prep training ensures that exam applicants are well-prepared for the certification exam.
Note: Certification examinations are conducted as a separate process by the RBLP™ certification organization.
RBLP-T™ exam prep training requires twenty-one (21) hours of student preparation and seven (7) training sessions of one-hour each. Our certification instructors use experiential learning techniques to guide RBLP-T™ exam applicants through the Building Resilient Teams™, Facilitating Team Learning, and Supporting Organizational Learning coursework. Exam prep training ensures that exam applicants are well-prepared for the certification exam.
